Important: We hope that you will not have to cancel your reservation but it is important to understand the need for our deposit policy as stated below. Unlike hotels, with hundreds of rooms, we do not overbook our bed and breakfast. Therefore, we need ample time to rebook your reservation should you need to cancel. The need for this policy is very important for the success of our guest house. We hope you understand!
Standard Deposit and Cancellation Policy: One night's deposit is required to confirm a reservation with the balance due upon arrival. If you cancel your reservation by 5:00PM Central Time 14 days before your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel after that time, your deposit will not be refunded. Unless you cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival, you are responsible for the entire amount of your stay. No credit for late arrival or early departure.
Special Events Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A minimum 50% deposit is required. Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival will result in the remaining balance being charged. Guest is responsible for the entire reservation. No credit for late or early departure.
